Not much to do but made contact with those walking to see what research I could do for them. I knew how difficult it is to get info on dodgy internet services. It wasn’t easy finding a number for help.

0800 358 5453 Covid helpline. They provided info on how to return home, border docs, test results etc.

For me now to decide on what I will do next. The north is locked down, I’m able to return home to Tauranga. Have a flight for 20th, that was the earliest direct through Auck. We will see what happens between now and then.

Meanwhile life at Veronica Hut up to now has been resort style.
